Technology classroom reservations

Classrooms may only be reserved by Saint Martin's University faculty or staff for classes or other college-related purposes.  Please be aware that no food is allowed in the classrooms.  Any drinks must be in securely-covered containers.

Technology classroom (main level)

Faculty wishing to reserve the technology classroom for an entire semester or term should contact the registrar (registrar@stmartin.edu or 438-4356 ).  Once the technology classroom's schedule is fixed for the semester, single-day reservations can be made through the library director, Scot Harrison (360-486-8808 or sharrison@stmartin.edu).  Priority is always given to classes scheduled in this room. 

Seminar room (lower level)

The seminar room may only be reserved one to four sessions at a time, not for an entire semester.  This limit has been implemented to share the instructional technology among faculty who do not need it for an entire semester, but who want some opportunity to use and experiment with the classroom.  The seminar room is available not only to faculty for class sessions, but to college staff for technology-related training and to library staff for hands-on research instruction.

Reservations should be made through the library director, Scot Harrison (360-486-8808 or sharrison@stmartin.edu).   As reservations are granted in the order received and should be made early.
