Changing passwords (if you know your
current password)
Resetting passwords (if you have
forgotten a password)
- Reset your network/email password
- Stop by the library Reference desk, the Computer
Resource Center (Old Main 350), or the Help Desk (bring your Saint
Martin's ID). NB: Faculty and staff must
contact the Help Desk.
- Call or email the ITS Help desk at
360.438.4338 or
help@stmartin.edu (Help
desk hours). You will need to know your Saint
Martin's ID number.
- Students may also call the Reference desk at
360.486.8803 (library
hours). You will need to know your Saint
Martin's ID number.
- Reset your ILLiad password (ILLiad is the
interlibrary loan system.)
- Stop by the library Circulation desk
(bring
your Saint Martin's ID)

- Call the library Circulation desk (360.486.8802). You will need to know your Saint
Martin's ID number.
Reset your IQ.Web password
Reset your WebCT password (WebCT is used for
online extension courses.)
Reset your Moodle password:
Moodle (used for a
few pilot blended or online courses) authenticates on your
network/email user name and password. See above to
reset.
