The help desk is located in ITS in the O'Grady Library and is designed to help faculty, staff, and students with questions regarding any problems you have with our computers or software.

Hours:    Mon - Thurs     8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
              Friday             8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
              Sat - Sun        Closed

Some of the services we offer are:

• Troubleshooting hardware and software problems
• Setting up an email/network account
• Initial creation of webpage's for students, faculty, staff and clubs or organizations.
