Microsoft Campus Agreement

Microsoft Windows 7 and Microsoft Office 2010 are now available at the O'Grady Library reference desk for eligible students, faulty and staff. Bring your Saint Martin's ID card. Call the SMU ITS Help Desk with any questions or to confirm your eligibility: 360-438-4338.

Microsoft Campus Agreement is a software licensing agreement that provides an opportunity for most Saint Martin's University students and employees to obtain the programs listed below for installation on their own personal computer.

  • Microsoft Office 2010: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher, Access, Groove, InfoPath, OneNote ...
    Restriction: only one free version of Office (Windows or Mac)
    Fee: none, or $10.00 if upgrading
  • Microsoft Office 2011 for Mac
    Restriction: only one free version of Office (Windows or Mac)
    Fee: none, or $10.00 if upgrading
  • Microsoft Windows 7
    Fee: $15.00
  • Microsoft Expression Studio 4
    Fee: Free download via DreamSpark
  • Microsoft Visual Studio Ultimate 2010
    Fee: Free download via DreamSpark

How to participate

You must pick up software from the main campus at the O'Grady library reference desk. To confirm your eligibility, you must present a current Saint Martin's University ID. Any fees must be paid by cash or check when you receive the software.

Restrictions

  • The above Microsoft DVDs install only twice - and only on one computer at a time.
  • For students: Students currently enrolled in programs at Saint Martin's University are eligible for Microsoft Campus Agreement software. If you leave Saint Martin's prior to completing your degree, you will be required to remove all software obtained under the Microsoft Campus Agreement. When you graduate, you will be given a license to the software.
  • For employees: You will be required to remove all software obtained under the Microsoft Campus Agreement when you cease employment with Saint Martin's University.
