Password issues
I cannot remember my network password.
Try last known passwords or normal passwords you might use.
Our password is encrypted in such a way that no one can look it up. The only option is to contact the User Account Administrator (x8811) and we can reset it for you. After that you need change it to whatever you would like. Must be at the Technology
Services Center with proper ID for verification.
I want to change my network password.
Passwords can be changed at any University computer. Log onto the network. Press Alt, Ctrl, and Del. Press Change password. Type in your old password. Press tab. Type in your new password. Press tab. Re-type your new password for verification. Press Enter.

My Password doesn't work.
Were you typing with caps lock on? If so,
turn it off and try again.
If you have just changed your password and the password doesn't work then contact the Account Administrator.
Go to O'Grady Reference Desk (with your ID) and get a new one.
Passwords must be 6 to 14 characters long. NO spaces allowed. You are encouraged to use unique passwords with a combination of characters, numbers and letters. This will make your password more secure.
