Font problems Your document looks single spaced on the screen but prints double spaced : 1) Check the document setting for spacing. Under Format/Paragraph/Indents and Spacing, Line Spacing should be set to Single. 2) If Line Spacing is set to single but there is still a problem, highlight complete document and change font (using the toolbar) to Times New Roman, reprint document. Your document is not printing the proper font : The font file is corrupt and needs to be replaced. Move the fonts folder from your system folder to the desktop. Copy the Fonts folder from the general server to your system folder. The fonts folder is located under Mac Software/Software for use at Colby/Fonts/DA Utilities.
