The Student Health Center assists students with a wide range of health issues including colds, flu and other medical concerns. Students may also visit the center to obtain prescriptions and to receive limited disease management for chronic health problems. The Student Health Center does not provide after-hours care, nor does the center provide hospital or emergency room care. The center does not offer dental care, eye exams, hearing tests or X-rays. The staff is familiar with community resources for these services and can make referrals. Services required that extend beyond the scope of the clinic will be referred out.
