Applications are accepted throughout the year. However, it is in
your interest to meet the following priority dates. This is especially true
if you are applying for financial aid, assistantships or scholarships.
- $50 application fee using our
online payment system. Checks are also accepted, made out to
"Saint Martin's University."
- Official transcripts from ALL colleges and
universities attended sent directly from the institution to OGS.
International students must also submit official English
translations for any transcripts not in English.
- Completed MAC
program supplemental application. Email to
or mail to our office.
- A minimum of two letters of recommendation -
SENT DIRECTLY TO US from previous teachers, supervisors or
colleagues who can comment on your potential for success in graduate
level work and future effectiveness as a mental health therapist.
These can be sent via email or post.
- Written statement of three to five pages
(typed, double-spaced) in which you describe your academic and
professional preparation for the program, reasons for desiring
entrance, career objectives and examples of experience,
interventions, case studies and/or specific situations that you were
involved with. Important: before you write this, carefully review
admissions requirements. Email to

- International students must also submit an official
TOEFL or IELTS score report and a completed
finances form along with
financial documentation - an official bank statement or
letter. Additionally, international students should submit a
copy of their passport, as well as an $100 deposit to cover
the cost of international application administration. This deposit
is non-refundable. You can pay the $100 deposit using our
online payment system.
||Following the successful completion of steps one and two,
applicants may be invited to group and/or individual interviews
with MAC faculty.
