These festive banners are hung throughout the year except during the seasons of Advent and Lent. They were made partially from remnants of clerical vestments by Seth Polanski. They depict images and words from both the Old and New Testaments. One banner also depicts Christ with Saints Martin, Benedict, and Meinrad, with these words from the Prologue to Rule of Saint Benedict: “Listen carefully, my son, to the master’s instructions and attend to them with the ear of your heart.”
