Pasta & deli bar buffets (20 guest minimum) The deli delight (Your choice of 2 meat & 2 cheese options) meats: roast beef, turkey, ham cheeses: provolone, Swiss, cheddar served with lettuce, sliced tomatoes, sliced onions, mayonnaise & mustard on assorted deli breads. $10.00/person Taste of Italy - Two choices from the following
pastas: penne, fettuccine, linguine, or rotelle. Two choices from the
following sauces: creamy pesto, bolognaise, marinara, or alfredo. Served
with a hot vegetable item of your choice, fresh baked bread sticks,
grated parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper flakes. Luiggi’s lasagna - Layers of lasagna noodles
generously filled with seasoned ground beef, a herb marinara sauce and
ricotta, parmesan and mozzarella cheeses. Also available in a vegetarian
option. Served with a hot vegetable item of your choice and fresh baked
bread sticks. The above buffets come served with a garden green salad & dressings, a fresh sliced fruit platters, cookies and/or bars, ice water and your choice of coffee or sodas. Buffets include all paper products, or china service for $1.00 extra/ person. All dining tables will be lined with tablecloths. Dessert selections: Fruit cobblers, assorted fruit and cream pies, assorted layer cakes, assorted bars & cookies. Gourmet desserts are available for an additional $1.00 for lunch buffets. Dinner buffets include the following: Garden salad, rolls & butter, pasta/rice or fruit platters, vegetable side, starch side, entrée item, gourmet dessert, ice tea, coffee, tea, decaf. Gourmet dessert selections: Cheese cakes, mini bundt cakes, fruit tartlets, parfaits, gourmet cakes. We can also customize a menu to fit your needs if the above menu selections do not appeal to you.
