The situation in our country today is one of glaring and increasing economic inequality – much more glaring than many people think. This inequality is having profound negative effects on democracy, and more of us must step forward to oppose and resist this. But the work of organizing such resistance is, itself, often caught up in the same anti-democratic patterns and relationships. How can we help build a movement – at this important and urgent juncture – that more thoroughly revitalizes democracy?
