The Intramural Sports program allows the current Saint Martin's
community to participate in various sports in a friendly, but still
competitive environment. IM Sports allows current students, faculty,
staff and graduated alumni to meet new people and find common interests
through different sports offered. Most leagues run six weeks, playing on
Tuesday nights or Wednesday nights or both.
Intercollegiate athletes are allowed to compete with their coach's
written permission. However, student-athletes will not be allowed
to play the intramural sport that is the equivalent of their
intercollegiate sport until they gain alumni status or the year after
they run out of eligibility.
Fall sports include dodgeball, volleyball, ping pong, and flag football.
The winter sport is indoor soccer.
Spring sports include kickball, basketball (pro and recreational leagues
are played), ultimate Frisbee, tennis, bowling, and softball.
Other activities and competitions throughout the year include corn
hole/corn toss, bocce ball, croquet, and miniature golf.
2011-12 Champions:
Flag Football - Swamp Donkeys
Volleyball - Team Domination
Indoor Soccer - Team Diversity
