March 23, 2007 Lacey, WA – Saint Martin’s and Seattle University have agreed to postpone the softball doubleheader scheduled for Saturday, March 24, at Logan Field due to the threat of significant rain. The teams were scheduled to play two doubleheaders, one conference and one non-conference, at SMU during the month of April. The coaches have agreed to move the April 12 doubleheader to Seattle to make up for tomorrow's rainout and have also agreed to count the April 24 doubleheader in Lacey as GNAC games. The April 12 doubleheader between the Redhawks and the Saints is scheduled to begin at 2 p.m., while the April 24 twinbill in Lacey is set to start at 3 p.m. The Saints will still host the University of Puget Sound this Sunday in a doubleheader starting at noon.
