Men’s Basketball: Saints can’t stop Falcons
February 17, 2007
Lacey, WA – Jake Linton posted a career high 36
points for Saint Martin’s but it wasn’t enough as the Saints fell to
Seattle Pacific University 99-91 in Great Northwest Athletic Conference
play Saturday night at the SMU Pavilion.
SPU hit three three-pointers to start off the game.
With the score 22-18 and 11:57 on the clock the Falcons went on a 14-4

five but Dustin Bremerman hit a three in the final seconds to put SPU up
by eight going into halftime.
The Falcons added to their lead in the second half
going up by as much as 19. The Saints fought their way back and cut the
lead in half with a minute to go. Brendan Campbell hit two layups and

they would get as Seattle Pacific took the win.
Along with Linton, Brendan Campbell and Trevor
Dunstan also scored in double figures on the night. Campbell posted 13
points and eight rebounds while Dunstan added 12 and seven rebounds.
The Falcons had six players in double figures on the
