Welcome
The Office of the Registrar has many roles at the University, each designed
to assist students as they pursue a lifetime of learning and accomplishment.
A few of our duties include assisting students with registration,
maintaining academic records, certifying degrees and attendance, handling
requests for transcripts, as well as certifying Veterans benefits. We are
happy to address any questions or concerns you may have throughout your
journey at Saint Martin’s.
Pre-registration for Summer and Fall 2012 begins on
April 2.
Registration priority is based on your number of hours
completed.
Pre-registration start dates:
April 2 - Seniors, Teacher Certification and Graduate students.
April 6 - Juniors
April 11 - Sophomores
April 16 - Freshman
April 23 - Non degree students
Students register and view course offerings on
Self Service, non degree students complete a
non degree registration form. Having problems accessing Self

All current student schedules must be approved by advisors on
Self Service.
Students with outstanding financial accounts will not be
permitted to register until released by the Office of Student
Financial Services.
Extension campus class schedules and registration information

All current main campus students who wish to enroll in extension
campus classes must complete a
Permission to Enroll in another University/Extension Campus
form.
