Changing and resetting passwords

Changing passwords (if you know your current password)

Resetting passwords (if you have forgotten a password)

  • Reset your network/email password
    • Stop by the library Reference desk, the Computer Resource Center (Old Main 350), or the Help Desk (bring your Saint Martin's ID).  NB:  Faculty and staff must contact the Help Desk.
    • Call or email the ITS Help desk at 360.438.4338 or help@stmartin.edu (Help desk hours). You will need to know your Saint Martin's ID number.
    • Students may also call the Reference desk at 360.486.8803 (library hours). You will need to know your Saint Martin's ID number.
  • Reset your ILLiad password (ILLiad is the interlibrary loan system.)
    • Stop by the library Circulation desk (bring your Saint Martin's ID)
    • .
    • Call the library Circulation desk (360.486.8802). You will need to know your Saint Martin's ID number.
  • Reset your IQ.Web password
  • Reset your WebCT password (WebCT is used for online extension courses.)
  • Reset your Moodle password: Moodle (used for a few pilot blended or online courses) authenticates on your network/email user name and password.  See above to reset.
