How to participate

Unless you are an extension campus student, you can pick up software at the O'Grady library reference desk. To confirm your eligibility, you must present a current Saint Martin's University ID.  Any fees must be paid by cash or check when you receive the software.

If you are an extension campus student, you should contact the Saint Martin's extension office at Ft Lewis or McChord to verify your eligibility and obtain the software.

Restrictions

Only students enrolled in programs requiring payment of the Saint Martin's University technology fee are eligible for Microsoft Campus Agreement software.  In general, all students in main campus programs are eligible.  For the extension campus programs, only MBA and engineering students are usually eligible for the Microsoft software.

If you leave Saint Martin's prior to completing your degree, you will be required to remove the Microsoft Campus Agreement software.  If you graduate from the college, you will be given a license to the software.  The above Microsoft CDs install only twice--and only on one computer at a time.
