How to apply

Deadlines

Applications are accepted throughout the year. However, it is in your interest to meet the following priority dates. This is especially true if you are applying for financial aid, assistantships or scholarships.

Fall semester July 1
Spring semester December 1
Summer session April 1

Application steps

Step 1: Complete the online application for graduate admission and submit to the Office of Graduate Studies (OGS).
Step 2: Send all supplemental and supporting documents below to the Office of Graduate Studies (OGS)
  1. Check for $50 application fee made out to "Saint Martin's University."
  2. Official transcripts from ALL colleges and universities attended sent directly from the institution to OGS. International students must also submit official English translations for any transcripts not in English.
  3. Three letters of recommendation, preferably from professors, registered engineers or supervisors.
  4. International students must also submit an official TOEFL or IELTS score report and a completed declaration of finances form along with supporting financial documentation.
