McChord AFB Student Pass Request Saint Martin's University This pass request is for Saint Martin's University students who do not have routine access to McChord AFB. Current Students: Please register for all of
your classes using IQWeb prior to requesting a pass for access onto
McChord. Additionally, you advisor must have approved your
classes. Your pass must be submitted at
least two weeks prior to the first day of class. When your passes are approved by the McChord security office, they will be available for pick-up at the visitor's center on the day of class. When filled in and sent to the McChord security office via the Saint Martin's University extension campus office, the document below contains information which must be protected under IAW AFI33-332 and DoD Reg 5400.11; Privacy Act of 1974 as Amend Applies, and it is For Official Use Only. This information will be used to conduct a background information. Failure to complete this form will result in your not being allowed to attend class on McChord AFB.
