China Business Delegation Welcome Dinner
January 30, 2007Saint Martin's
University, along with co-sponsors Port of Olympia, Thurston County
Economic Development Council, and the Olympia/Lacey/Tumwater Visitor and
Convention Bureau is hosting a Chinese delegation from January 27 -
February 5, 2007. On January 30, Saint Martin's hosted a Welcome
Dinner for the delegation. The dinner featured guest speakers who
welcomed the delegation, including Lieutenant Governor Brad Owens,
Secretary of State Sam Reed, and others.
Throughout the week, the delegates will meet with
local business members to discuss investment opportunities in the
region.
