This event is co-hosted with The Evergreen State College and is a great place for students to research possible career options and find the perfect summer job or internship position. We had over 90 employers and 450 job seekers in attendance at our 2013 Career Fair! If you were not able to attend the event, please stop by our office to obtain a program.


Ongoing events

Health Sciences and Pre-Med Information sessions
A panel of osteopathic physicians is typically held in mid-October.
Additionally, faculty members will hold a presentation on the medical school admissions process. Fall 2012 dates to be announced.

Interactive LinkedIn training
Create a LinkedIn profile and learn how to connect with groups and professionals. LinkedIn is the world’s largest professional network with over 120 million members and growing rapidly. Fall 2012 dates to be announced.

International Student Etiquette Lunch
Fall 2013 date to be announced.

Resume and interview workshops
Join Career Center staff and alumni to go over the basics of resumes and interview preparation. Have a great resume to take to a job interview or upcoming Career Fair. Offered several times a year - dates to be announced.

Employer panels
Come listen to a team of human resources recruiters and SMU alumni talk about the do's and don'ts of applying for jobs and other workplace behavior. Offered spring semester - date to be announced.

Major and career exploration panels
These are designed to help the undecided and/or hesitant find a major at Saint Martin's that interests them and has career options in the future. We have faculty and alumni involvement to help relate to each area of study. Offered fall and spring semesters.

Alumni and employer workshops
We welcome alumni and employer involvement for a workshop designed to prepare students for interviewing for all types of positions. We will present an interactive do's and don'ts showcase. Alumni and employers, please call the Career Center to be involved, 360-438-4382.
