Fifth-year coach Reis resigns November 22, 2004 Saint Martin’s College athletics director Bob Grisham announced the resignation of fifth-year head women’s volleyball coach Clyde Reis on Wednesday. Reis cited the desire to spend more time with family as motivation for the resignation. Grisham commented, “Clyde is a quality volleyball coach. I appreciate his commitment to the program and wish him all the best in his future endeavors.” Reis came to Saint Martin's in 1999 after posting an undefeated season at Pierce College in Tacoma. The Saints were 31-99 during his tenure, recieved several academic laurels, and were renowned for their community service.
