April 2, 2007 Edmonds, WA – Three members of the Saint Martin’s University track and field team participated in the Spring Break Open at Edmonds District Stadium this weekend. Robbie Wilbur smashed his PR for the men’s 800m race finishing with a time of 2.01.70. The time gave him a conference top 16 ranking. Caleb Timmer competed in the triple jump for the first time this season and posted a jump of 42’1”, just shy of his personal best. He also ran a 52.9 in the men’s 400m and a 2:00.20 in the men’s 800m. Tris Obluck was the Saints only other runner taking part in his first 5000m of the season and finishing with a time of 16:50.10.
