August 8, 2007 Lacey, WA – Mark Jensen, head coach of the Saint Martin’s men’s golf team, has resigned from his position effective immediately as announced today by Athletic Director Bob Grisham. Jensen, who took over the program last year, cited time commitment issues with his other current job as the cause for his resignation. “This was a situation where Coach Jensen had changed jobs and his new position as a regional sales rep for EZ-GO golf carts didn’t allow him to commit the time as our golf coach,” said Grisham. A search is now underway to fill the position.
