Men and Women place 8th at GNAC championships as Prentice repeats All-GNAC honors October 25, 2004 Seattle Pacific and Central Washington won the men's and women's team titles Saturday in the fourth annual Great Northwest Athletic Conference cross country championships at Beau Pre Golf Course in McKinleyville, Calif. Saint Martin's finished 8th in both the men's and women's races. Seattle Pacific swept the individual titles. Tim LeCount won the men's 8,000 meter race in a course record time of 25:58. SPU's Karen Dickson cruised to an easy victory in the women's race, covering the 6,000 meter layout in a time of 22:28.02. Saints Senior Andy Prentice, repeated his all-conference performance of a year ago by placing fifth in the men's race at 26:39. Janelle Probst had the top mark for the Saints women, finishing 26th at 25:10.04.
