Student learning outcomes
The students will:
- Identify and differentiate that certain flavors and ingredients
are consistent with an array of ethnic dishes.
- Understand how food is embedded in the culture of the people
types.
- Confidently be able to accept (RSVP) an invitation to a upscale
dinner and demonstrate skills needed to distinguish themselves as
being socially adept.
- Appreciate that diversity and inclusion stretches to not just
belief but in action as well.
