Student learning outcomes

Students will learn to:

• Apply planning, organizing and coordinating skills to produce successful event outcomes by using training, team work and an understanding and appreciation of cultural diversity.
• Provide customer service, audio-visual help, engage in problem solving skills and assimilate a fundamental knowledge of conference and food service to include on their resumes

Students will understand the value of serving others by incorporating a spirit of willingness and open mindedness in generating ideas that serve the greater community.
