Transfer students
Saint Martin's University welcomes transfer students of all ages
at any stage of their college career. Our transfer students come
from as close-by as South Puget Sound Community College here in
Olympia and as far away as Randolph Macon College in Virginia. They
come from community colleges and large four-year institutions such
as University of Washington, Seattle. So, whether you've taken a few
classes, finished a two-year degree or have spent some time at
another four-year institution Saint Martin's is an excellent place
to finish your four-year degree.
The reasons students choose Saint Martin's are many. Top
among those reasons is the small size of our university and the
personal attention every student gets (our student to faculty
ratio is an amazing 10:1). Close behind is affordability. Sure,
we’re a private university – but our tuition is low compared to
all other private colleges and universities in Washington and
the lowest among the four Catholic universities. Couple our low
cost with excellent merit and need-based financial aid for
transfers (and don’t forget about the real ability to graduate
on-time) and choosing Saint Martin's as the place to earn your
B.A. or B.S. degree becomes easy.
Saint Martin's has majors that lead to in-demand careers –
Accounting, Biology, Business, Education, Engineering and
Psychology. We offer master’s degrees in these areas too, along
with 15 other majors.
