Application checklist

An admission decision cannot be made until your application is fully complete. A complete application for admission includes the following:

For those who have prior military credits: All scores from U.S. Armed Forces Institution Examinations (USAFI) and/or (DANTES) and/or College Examination Program (CLEP). Other documentation such as DD Form 214, DD Form 295, AARTS transcripts, CCAF transcripts, DLI transcripts and SMART transcripts.
Financial declaration
* Required only if you will be transferring in 30 semester credits or less. Typically two semesters or three quarters of full-time study. All application materials must be submitted in English.

Additional application materials

You should also submit the following if applicable to you:

  • For military personnel, submit military documentation to receive credit (DD214, DD295, AARTES transcripts, CCAF transcripts, DANTES transcripts, DLI transcripts).
  • AP or IB exam scores if you want advanced credit for them.
  • Any College Level Examination Program (CLEP) test scores.
  • For students using any type of Vocational Rehabilitation benefits (State, Federal, Military, or VA) current documentation of your benefits and contact information of your caseworker.
  • Students with any type of documented learning disability for which they may want to receive accommodation at Saint Martin's may submit documentation at any time to the Office of Disability Support Services.
